Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the LexiDock browser extension, website, and related cloud services.

Using LexiDock

You may use LexiDock for lawful personal or business reading and language-learning purposes. You are responsible for the material you choose to translate, save, synchronize, or process and for having the right to use that material.

Free and Pro features

Core local reading tools may be provided without charge. Pro may provide cloud-backed features such as hosted AI, synchronization, and OCR. A Pro license is for the number of active devices shown at purchase or activation and may not be resold or used to provide a shared public service.

Payments, renewals, and refunds

When paid checkout is enabled, the checkout page will identify the payment provider, price, billing interval, and applicable taxes before purchase. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the terms displayed at checkout and the policies of the payment provider, subject to applicable law.

Service changes

LexiDock may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption to paid functionality. Features that depend on browser capabilities or third-party services may change when those dependencies change.

Availability and accuracy

Translations, dictionary data, OCR, pronunciation, and AI-generated explanations may contain errors. LexiDock is provided as a reading aid, not as professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You should verify important information independently.

Abuse

You may not attempt to overload the service, bypass usage or device controls, probe other customers' data, interfere with service security, or use LexiDock to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LexiDock is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and these terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
